the location was convenient. it was super close to the metro, and that really helped me get around. the bed was also ultra large and comfortable. i slept like a baby!

the room was too small. i reminded me of it lacked sufficient facilities for a hotel of this level. it was annoying that there was no refrigerator. also, i found the bathroom lacked privacy because it had transparent glasses.

the location was AMAZING!!! it was easy to get to the train station. i loved that bikes were available, so i could explore. the staff were super friendly and always ready to help. i really appreciated their kindness.

efficient staffeasy travel

I found the check-in process very simple and efficient. Staff members were available and helpful. That meant assistance was always accessible. Amenities inside the hotel seemed very good, and I appreciated the closeness to train and tram stops for easy travel.

The room layout was unusual with separate capsules for the toilet and shower. This was not my preference.
